Rates are charged per audio minute, with no extra charges for slight accents or for audio with background noise where the speakers are clearly audible. Each file is assessed individually to ensure the right rate for each and every job. We invoice fortnightly for your convenience, and you can contact Norma in Accounts to set up a credit, special billing process (e.g. purchase orders, grant research account, etc), or with any queries at any time.

 

When comparing rates and pricing please consider the following:

• Is the company Australian, hiring Australian typists at fair rates?
• Is quality guaranteed – or will you be stuck with a shoddy transcript AND a bill?
• Does the company guarantee confidentiality and will they handle your materials with care?
