- Audio files uploaded to our website are secured with 256 bit SSL encryption
- All typists sign confidentiality agreements with SMARTdocs
- We can also sign client confidentiality agreements where required
Standard timeframes for dictation are:
- 1 – 2 days
- 5 – 7 days
- 7 – 14 days.
For copy typing, allow 15 – 20 minutes of working time per page (for example, 100 pages will take about 25 hours of working time, plus editing for quality assurance). Urgent jobs can be split between typists to expedite your completed transcripts.
