Our state-of-the-art uploading system will accept any audio or video file, so you don’t need to worry about checking the file type. If it plays on your PC or smart phone, we can transcribe it!

However, MP3, WMA, or WAV files are preferred as they nearly always provide the best quality audio. They are more forgiving if the recording is not perfect, and can be slightly tweaked using our transcription software. We also accept .dct, .dss, .ds2, .dvf, .iaf, msv, .ogg, and .aif.
